Are you ready to welcome the Finnish summer? Are you ready to celebrate it with colours? Yes? GREAT! Because Holi Festival is about to arrive in Joensuu!
Holi is a spring festival, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of love. It is an ancient Hindu festival which has become popular with non-Hindus in many parts of the world. And this year it has made its way to Joensuu, too! Please read more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/

Tickets include two packs of colour powder that we will throw in the air together at 12noon.
-The powder is environmentally friendly and does not damage your skin.
-To make it more visible it is better to wear white clothes, and although it should be no problem in washing them from the clothes, it is better to wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
- You could wear glasses/sunglasses to protect your eyes
- Put on body cream before the Holi to be able to wash the powder easily form your skin, and if possible, paint your nails
-Remember to protect your electronic devices with plastic bags
This is a SocialErasmus event ie open to everyone to join in and enjoy! If you would rather not join in in throwing the colour powder, you are still welcome to come and watch the show for free!
